Incredible views from the premium rooms. Beautiful public beach. The driving staff was very accommodating. Enjoyed the premium lounge for a quiet cool break. Everything was very clean, the staff were accommodating, and it isn't overrun by guests even though it's busy. There is comfortable space without feeling crowded, which is great when you want to relax. The entertainment team was terrific; we enjoyed meeting and getting to know a lot of them. They all work hard there to make sure your stay is enjoyable. I would highly recommend this resort for those looking for something a little more secluded, with relaxation being the main reason. It is not one of those huge all-inclusive resorts where it takes you forever to get from one end to another and has a bazillion activities. Look elsewhere for that.

I love everything about this hotel. The only bad thing was that the mattress was pretty bad. Very uncomfortable to sleep. We were not able to sleep good. Everything else was good food, entertainment, workers, facilities, etc.. It will be nice if they can upgrade all the mattress to a better ones because I will go back to this hotel not doubt.
