Clean room. Quiet. Great staff. Very helpful and accommodating! Unfortunately the queen bed sagged on one side, making it pretty uncomfortable. And the room and bathroom were very small. But, definitely the best place to stay in this town, for sure!!!

Please correct: The room was fairly clean, but there was no front desk service after 9:00 p.m. Around 6–7 p.m., I received text messages asking what time I would arrive. If I arrive late than 9pm she will arrange something like that. So we could not enjoy much super moon headed to this hotel. After I checked in, I texted to ask if there was a laundry room, but got no reply. The room was very small, and my room face street the traffic noise from the street made it hard to sleep. The only good thing is that the room was clean, but it was really too small.

Highly recommend. Staff was very friendly, lots of parking, comfy beds and very clean room. We were unsure due to old looking vibes from outside but it was amazing. Will be staying here again for next years balloon festival. We had 3 beds and lots of room.

A very nice place to stay overnight for people touring around Bryce Canyon NP. Clean and tidy room with a big TV, just love it! Staff very friendly and helpful. The restaurant right next to the hotel is good too, and it offers breakfast, making it even more convenient to start the trip early in the morning.

Great little property in Panguitch within a 30 min drive to Bryce Canyon park. Recently updated, clean, and super friendly/helpful staff. The town is "dry" and has seen better days. But there are a few dining options, gas and a grocery store to stock up on supplies. Our room was street side and we heard traffic most the night. If you can't get in the Bryce Canyon park lodging or some of the closer newer options, this is a solid choice. The drive through Red Canyon State Park is awesome.
