A king bed outfits the spacious primary bedroom which has private access to the balcony and floor to ceiling views of the green. The private primary bath boasts twin sinks and a spa-style walk-in shower. You’ll find a private balcony and two queen size beds in the guest bedroom with separate entry to the guest bath, featuring a combination tub and shower. Sink into the oversized comfortable leather sofas in the living room. Pull one out into a bed for extra sleeping space. For your entertainment, flat screen TVs are located in both bedrooms and the living room. Amazing Vacation!

First time at Edgewater Villas and this Villa did not disappoint! Large, clean, upgraded space; great communication by the host; super friendly neighbors. A nice walk or tram ride to the beach, or relaxing by the villa pools gave the kiddos plenty of options for the day. We will be back!

The stay was good the only issue we had is that the king bed didn’t have a sheets, it was just the mattress and some liner on top.
