Perfect vacation home for a family.

The house is really beautiful and well designed. Comfortable and perfect in every way. The management team is organized, responsive and informative. Loved having the golf cart.

Reviewer Comments: My whole family enjoyed the house ,it is a beautiful home !We did not enjoy the construction that started Wednesday afternoon next door.The rental company should have know and disclosed that construction was happening next door.

Beach Bear Cottage is the nicest property we have stayed at so far. The house is absolutely beautiful, very large, and perfect for multiple families. The location is perfect and everything is easily accessible (golf cart included!). We will definitely stay here again!

The beds were super comfortable and the house was well decorated and fresh. The screened porch, small plunge pool, and widows’s watch added to our trip. We will certainly choose this house again if it is available.

Beautiful Home - Amazing Location

First 0ff - this home is beautiful and perfect for families and larger groups. The location to the beach is perfect, and the golf cart if very helpful to get everything back and forth. The home is newer, so there are (were) some smaller issues that got sorted out, as you would expect with a newer home. Pool is great, but heater didnt work and would have been great to have running for our trip. Fire alarm would go off randomly, and I believe was resolved. Still some of the fittings sitting around in drawers and no hair dryers, which was solved for our stay. Looking past the small things, the home is great! Would 100% book again. Also - having no house to the east of the property is a HUGE win during busier times to ensure more privacy and piece and quiet. Great Home.
