Very disappointed that I booked a king bed and when I got to the hotel they only had two double beds available. I’m sure I wasn’t given priority because I booked on a third party site. Because people next to me who arrived in line after me were given king sized beds. Also I didn’t liked being given a room next to elevator. Noisy.

It was bit noisy. Cleaners were always speaking suuper loud. Doors were being slammed loud and I could hear the toilet in the next room. A lady was passed out on our floor for over an hour. Nobody came and I ended up bringing the security.

Staff from the front desk was very helpful with my earlier check in, my room was very big and clean, of course comfortable as well. Everything is so nice including amazing food. Very quiet, especially air conditioning, surprised me. Close to shops and Stanford University.

The Sheraton Palo Alto is an excellent and very comfy hotel, Beautiful pool with poolside dining. Steps away from Palo Alto Medical Foundation, and only a few more steps to a boutique shopping centre with lots of dining options; also it's across the street from the main entrance to Stanford.
