Amazing hotel. Facilities were perfect. Breakfast were great. Perfect location. All staff were amazing. In particular Carla on reception went above and beyond. She drew maps and directions to various places of interest and restaurants. Always had a smile and showed interest in how our stay was going. We would definitely stay here next time we come.

It is a very clean and sleek hotel. Plenty of shops and every site is walkable. The staff and cleaning staff are very friendly. I was not a fan of the hot food but the cold selection was very good. Overall very good and would come back.

Smelly shower drains and building work

Shower drains smelt very bad and as the shower isn't separated from the room it made the whole room smell. Only one bottle of water is allowed to be filled up with water at a time, even with multiple people in one room. Very limited toiletries in room and some were empty and not refilled despite asking reception. There was building work going on in the hotel from 9am, which woke us up and continued throughout the day for 2 days

Super Unterkunft und perfekt gelegen für einen Städtetrip. Zahlreiche Restaurants und Bäcker direkt vor der Tür. Im Viertel sind überwiegend einheimische und daher ein tolles Urlaubsfeeling. Das Personal war klasse und hat uns zahlreiche Tipps gegeben. Wir werden sicherlich nochmal kommen. Die Zimmer sind sauber und schön eingerichtet. Der Whirlpool ist Mega. Preise für den Zimmerservice sind relativ günstig.

Recommend this hotel!!!

The staff was great. Very attentive and very friendly. The hotel and the rooms are nicely decorated and the beds are quite big, however I thought the mattress was on the soft side and the shower drains need to be addressed as the room smells like sewage. I understand this may be a problem everywhere in the island. Despite the above issues, the staff makes it worth the stay and would definitely come back!!!
