The hotel provides shuttle service to Magaluf and Palmanova which was convenient but very limited time available. With no shuttle after 6 PM. The hotel is close to Cala Major which was very nice. It’s about a 10 minute walk and there’s plenty of restaurants to go to along the way. Hotel is very clean and they allowed me to check in at 6 o’clock in the morning. On my birthday, they sent me a bottle of champagne to my room. I would’ve liked more amenities like complementary water in the room, coffee maker. Make sure you pack all your toiletries as there are none provided either. If you’re not looking for anything over the top, it’s a great location. If you’re on a budget the pool was nice and there are two poolside bars.

The hotel is really nice and clean. The staff is helpful. I was in a single room which has a tiny shower I barely could fit in but other than that all good! Its a 4 stars hotel but don't expect a water bottle or coffee maker in the room.

Generally, we had a fine stay at this property. Staff was friendly. Rooms and hotel were very clean. Food at the buffet was average. Pool was big, nice and clean. It’s not close to the city and requires a bus to get there. This is really a hotel for families looking to stay at the pool the entire trip and like the “unlimited experience”. Not good for backpackers, those looking for culture or real experience.

Great Stay …. But service could be better

The hotel was comfortable and in a convenient location. I was very satisfied with their breakfast! It’s a must! I do believe they should have more irons available as their limitation on irons makes it difficult to access one. I also believe irons should be brought up to the rooms of the guests when requested, as opposed to requiring guest come downstairs for the irons - this is a huge inconvenience and not quality service.
