The rooms were clean and spacious, staff was wonderful and attentive. The food was great as well. Location was perfect for staying in Palma!! The hotel has an app that you can download where you can order pillows, bedding, towels, etc along with other services like taxis and concierge. It was about a 15 minute ride to the airport too so it was very easy to get around!

I loved the service, the aesthetic and location. It was walking distance to downtown Palma and was very convenient. Although I didn’t get to spend time in the spa/wellness area, the pool and Rooftop bar was awesome. My only concern was an ant issue in our room. The staff did their best to rectify the situation and I appreciate their attentiveness. Despite their effort, the issue persisted for most of our stay. All that said, this is an amazing property that I would recommend, just hope they can address the issue.

The staff were truly so helpful and accommodating. I hadn’t booked anything before arriving and they scheduled a catamaran cruise for me in addition to some dinner reservations. They had anything and everything you could possibly need or ask for. I even requested a massage at 11pm for the following morning and it was confirmed within 10 minutes. Loved my stay! Location was great too! I was alone and always felt safe walking around.

This was one of the loveliest hotel stays I’ve ever had! The staff were wonderful. The room was so nice and the bathroom products were very luxe. The breakfast was great and had a menu you could order from in addition to the buffet. It’s a convenient walk to the Palma Cathedral and the restaurants/shopping in Palma as well, but the location itself is very quiet and peaceful. The rooftop is beautiful and overlooks the water and there’s a wellness room that’s heated and has an indoor pool/sauna. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Unforgettable stay

El Llorenç truly understands the art of providing exceptional, personalized service. The attention we received throughout our stay surpassed anything we could have imagined. it was, without a doubt, the best service we’ve ever experienced at a hotel. From the moment we arrived and were warmly welcomed by Alesso, to enjoying a rooftop welcome drink with Sophia. who greeted us each morning with a big smile, every detail felt thoughtful and genuine. A special mention to Soja, who made the best cappuccino we’ve ever had—truly unforgettable. These are just a few of the touches that make this hotel outstanding. We especially loved our relaxing afternoon swims, followed by time unwinding in the spa’s jacuzzi and pool. While the hotel is tucked away from the busy streets, it’s just a short walk to town with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. We will absolutely return!

We stayed in the El Llorenc Parc de la Mar for four nights in July 2025 and from the moment we arrived the staff could not do enough for us, very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The food is excellent and ambience from the rooftop bar was perfect in the warm Mallorcan sunshine. The rooms are very comfortable and well appointed. This hotel has everything, rooftop pool overlooking the sea and a wellness centre with a pool, jacuzzi, steam room and sauna (and a gym too). Ideally located near to Palma Cathedral and Palacio Real de La Almudaina, it is only a short walk into the heart of Palma itself. Perfect, we will definitely be back!

Our stay at Hotel El Llorenç was outstanding. The service was impeccable, especially from the concierge team who made everything effortless from start to finish. The spa facilities were stunning, and the rooftop pool was the perfect place to relax. The gym was clean and well-maintained, and little touches like Le Labo products in the bathrooms added a real sense of luxury. The entire property was spotless, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and we were constantly offered water and small comforts that made us feel truly cared for. Plus, the location—just steps from Palma’s Old Town—was unbeatable. We highly recommend this hotel and would absolutely return.
