Host was responsive and welcoming. We were welcomed with a bottle of champagne and mini crumble pies. property was incredible and clean.We had a lovely family Thanksgiving. Any issues were dealt with promptly. It was also only 7 minutes from downtown Palm Springs. I loved that they had a second fridge for our food. We would definitely recommend and stay again.

The house is exactly as pictures show. Incredibly spacious, comfortable and well designed. Everything works, so many games and loads of seating areas. Beds are super comfortable and each room was immaculate. Management company was very friendly and accommodating. We will definitely return.

Although this booking was for the Skyview property, this review is for Villa Lago in La Quinta. When checking into Skyview, we were met by management and maintenance. An unrecoverable issue had been discovered shortly before our arrival. We were quickly moved to a secondary property. That property was Villa Lago. Villa Lago was spectacular in every way. The entire property was spotless and ready for our arrival. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with plenty of pots, pans, serving trays, and small appliances for every need we could imagine. We used the kitchen and the barbecue grill several times. Everything was in excellent working order. The pool, the patio, the yard, and the view were everything we had hoped for. Although this was not our original choice, Villa Lago provided an outstanding getaway for my family of five adults and two children. We were initially met with problems at the first property, but the management team acted quickly to find a resolution, and ensure that we had an enjoyable getaway.

Beautiful Property, Can't Wait to Come Back!

We had a great time at this house with our friends and family in attendance. The house was very well equipped and we didn't want for anything while we were there. The air hockey and game room was a big hit for the kids. The bocce ball court also got a lot of use. For those with with smaller kids, the pool has a "beach" section that's about a foot deep, but the rest of the pool is 5' deep, so my 8 year old couldn't touch the bottom. Not a negative point, especially since my daughter is a good swimmer, but good for people to know in case you want to bring floaties or a vest for swimming kiddos. We can't wait to come back!

PROS: - we cooked every meal in our long weekend and they included everything! Multiple baking dishes, baking sheets, appliances and cooking utensils. - huge space that gives plenty of space for your party to hang together but also find alone time to relax - huge property and games, something for everything - two fridges and a pantry fit 4-days worth of meals - quick and super friendly communication with the property managers - very comfy beds and couches and seating - beautiful view of the mountains - plenty of dish soap and laundry soap for the long weekend CONS: - we didn’t have access to the inside overhead speakers and can only connect to their Bluetooth tv speaker by downloading an app - the tv outside doesn’t work (yes there’s a noise ordinance but just having a tv doesn’t mean we’ll misuse it)

Great Family Time

We rented this house to celebrate my husband’s 70th birthday. The kids and grandkids all came in to celebrate. The house is truly spacious and there is entertainment for everyone. Management for the property was great. Great house for a celebration or gathering!

Outstanding property

Loved this place. Everything was new, clean and modern. Beautifully decorated. So much to do with the pool, ping pong, bocci, fire pit, pool table and more. Great place to spend the entire day and keep everyone busy, or to relax after a day out. Would love to own it - highly recommended. The management team was friendly and super accessible, very helpful for questions.

nice winter respite

Skyview provided fun for all ages! The pool spa and game room/gym kept everyone entertained. The view of the San Jacinto mountains from the yard was beautiful. Jen, the property manager immediately answered and resolved anyissues that came up.

Beautiful home but with deferred maintenance issues

The home and grounds are beautiful. However a lot of deferred maintenance. To list a few: 1. Cabinetry broken in Kitchen- could not be fixed during our stay. Actually kitchen cabinetry very cheap. 2. Entry gate had no dial Pad... thus entrance only with remote opener, which we had to request extra, as we had 3 cars. 3. Hot water takes 8 minutes in Master BR and other BR- needs hotwater recirculater. 4. Light in Spa was out of its housing- sent over pool guy to fix. 5. Outdoor lights initally did not work... called PM and turned on... but on all the time.-- sent someone to fix. 6. Sectional Couch in living room would not stay together... we had to keep refastening the metal brackets that were broken. 7. Draperies in bedrooms inadequate (no black out) and many off the hooks. Became a problem at night when outdoor lights on all the time. 8. missing pucks in game room. 10. Picture on website showed an outdoor TV, which we were looking forward to... we do not make noise... the picture should not be on website if we can't use outdoor tv. 9. Bar did not have a martini shaker.... pretty basic The property management company were responsive when i called... but some of the issues required more assistance, and we did not want to spend our time with handyman around. Only called about essential things. Given the price per day, this home was not up to snuff... although it was a beautiful environment and beautiful grounds..... including a fully enclosed property, which was wonderful for our dog.

Great views!

Loved staying here with my family for a short getaway. We enjoyed the games and pool and especially the views! The property is just as advertised. Check in was super easy. We would definitely return!
