The condo was great and had nice upgrades. Very conveniently located to all the places we intended to visit. Outside pool and hot tub were clean well maintained and outside bathrooms as well. Clark, property manager, was super helpful through the whole process. We would highly recommend coming here.

This property is exactly as advertised. Modern, clean, and sleek. The communication with Clark was great and he called us on arrival to get us acquainted with the unit. He was so accomdating and even brought us a replacement iron and coffee maker when we asked. I would highly recommend staying at this location. We'll be back, unless we buy a house.

Simply Put, It's The Best. Period.

There is a reason I remain a loyal "frequent flyer" to this very special Palm Springs VRBO vacation home- it is the thoughtful, caring, attentive, authentic service the host and the concierge services specialist extend even before a guest arrives.The well-thought-out and delightful mid-century modern decor mesh well with an outstanding location that makes visiting the many iconic Palm Springs destinations a breeze. The recently re-freshened interior- which was absolutely delightful and modern before the new paint, bedding textiles, and master bedroom window treatments- lends a comfortable magic to "staying in" for you just as enjoyable as does going out on the town. The home is exceptionally equipped with just about anything a guest would require while in a vacation home. Don't see what you need? The ability to contact the local concierge guest services at a direct number allows for a high probability you will have what you need.As a former Palm Springs resident, I know up close and personal this special condo makes every one of my return Palm Springs visits memorable and, most importantly, totally carefree.

The unit was very nice, private and well supplied with everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. The location is exceptional, in easy walking distance to downtown dining and shopping. Clark, the property manager was exceptional - attentive and available to help. Check-in and check-out was simple and convenient. This was one of our best VRBO rentals ever.

we had an amazing stay in Jim's condo. This is our second time here and have never been disappointed. Condo is very clean, well equipped, fantastic views and close to walk to downtown. Clark the building manager is very pleasant and was quick to answer all of our questions.

Perfect stay

We loved everything about this condo! Wonderful location, which was within easy walking distance to the restaurants in downtown PS and across the street from the Casino. It was spotless, nicely decorated and had everything we needed. The property manager, Clark, was very communicative and so pleasant to work with. We highly recommend staying here and hope to return.

Location, location, location!

The condo met our needs very well. It is located within walking distance of the shops, restaurants and many PS interests. We found the condo to be very clean, well stocked, and friendly neighbors. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, too! The Property Manager, Clark was very attentive to our needs and there to answer any questions we had. I would highly recommend staying at this property!

Perfect location for fun in Palm Springs!

We spent a week at this property and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The condo is very convenient to downtown -- we hardly used our car while we were here. The unit is very comfortable, the kitchen well stocked, and the grounds/pools are lovely. Clark was very attentive and responded to our questions/requests quickly. Would stay in this beautiful condo again for sure!

Casino noise

Condo was clean. Communication with property manager was good. I ended up leaving two days early due to noise from the Casino next door waking me up each night. Leaf blower at 5am was too much, when sunrise is 7am in Nov. Manager mentioned other noise complaints, but this is not mentioned in any other reviews.

Best ever

This unit was just perfect. It was absolutely spotless. The kitchen had everything you could ever need including cleaning supplies and laundry pods & bounce. For coffee buffs - it has a drip coffee pot which includes the coffee liners. It was very well decorated as well. Two incredible pools: one heated and one not (trust me, in the heat, the cold pool was appreciated!). Lounge chairs and umbrellas at both pools. It was a short 3 block walk to Palm Canyon Drive where all the incredible restaurants and shops are. Wonderful holiday!

Great place to stay

This was a perfect place for our trip to Palm Springs. We wanted to stay someplace close to downtown. We were just a few blocks away. The place was just the right size. We enjoyed pool time. Our property manager, Clark was great. We had an issue with the TV cable working. He came right over and checked it all out and even called the cable company and set up an appointment. He gave us some great recommendations for restaurants. We will be telling our family about this opportunity.

Beautiful space at a great complex! Property manager was so accommodating and great. This my 10th time with VRBO and while all have been great this was over the top due to property manager’s dedication and care to ensure we had a great stay!!

We were happy ... until the first morning (before 7 am) loud racket of the roof being torn off ... the noise was steady and loud. The property manager was extremely apologetic and helpful. His help was above and beyond, we were given a refund from the unit owner, but not a dime from vrbo for the fees they collected.

The Sequel Exceeded My Premier Visit!

I love the condition and decor of this VRBO offering AND I love the location for all the "must do" Palm Springs downtown area events. I booked this amazing offering for a second time. I didn't think my entire experience could be better than it was on my maiden visit... but it was! Clark Argeris, property services specialist, hit every nail on the head when it came to customer service. The owner, whom I've never met, responds immediately whenever I've had a need to contact. I almost do not want to give these honest super-positive reviews because the listing will become even more popular, and thus maybe make it more difficult for me to book on my future preferred dates. My second booking here is absolutely Five Star and I have to be honest and continue to highly recommend this VRBO opportunity!
