This beautiful home is located behind gates of Del Web in Sun City. It requires one guest to be 55 or over. It is decorated with the Tommy Bahama style in mind. It offers a huge backyard with private jacuzzi and bbq. 2 bedrooms with dressers and closets and a third room with Queen bed and dresser. 2 baths.
Large Kitchen with Island. Check out Sun City, Palm Desert & see all the amenities, golf courses, pools, tennis, pickle ball, yoga and water aerobics and lap swimming indoors or outside! 2 Restaurants, indoor track, 2 full gym and many exercise classes. 3 clubhouses. Pro shops. Also enjoy the dog parks. And many clubs like sewing, knitting, art and stain glass, to name a few. Close to several Casinos with concerts. Minutes to Coachella.
