My reservations were initially made through Travelocity for $849 for 5 nights. After a 2-hour phone call in an attempt to confirm them, I got nothing but the runaround from Travelocity. Upon arrival to the hotel, a manager was very helpful, but would not honor that price. I had to pay $1,054, instead, but the hotel was lovely and there were many services provided. We did enjoy our room w/ a kitchen and living room and patio. The rides provided to work out were nice, too. The Yoga girl should let people in the class, even if a bit tardy. I found her unfriendliness discouraging when I wanted to do yoga on my vacation, but couldn't get a ride quickly enough. The work out facility was clean and had plenty of equipment. The Enclaves pool and bar were very nice, especially the 2nd pool away from the crowded pool w/ children.

Upgrade to Deluxe Room

Pros: The Deluxe Room has a separate bedroom and living area with a kitchenette. Very Quiet.
Cons: Probably the explanation of the type of rooms. The hotel did not serve a hot breakfast. That was disappointing.
Location: Central location. Easy to get to activities and restaurants.
When we arrived and saw our room had no view and no balcony, we were very disappointed. We decided to upgrade to a Deluxe room. It took a few phone calls, but finally all was set. We moved and we were very happy. Beautiful patio, with view of the golf course and mountains.

Not a recommended stay!

Cons: Better management skills!
This hotel has terrible management and service! The manager, Gabriella, is the most unhelpful person ever! The rooms are so small and you will most likely feel claustrophobic! You cannot count on your room being clean on time, ours was clean at 8 pm! You can only order 4 shampoos and towels a time!!!! When traveling with kids you know that's not enough! There is only one ice machine per building, and it's only on the first floor! Overall design of hotel is terrible, have to drive from building to building! Not convenient at all! And once again if you have a problem and Gabriella is on duty....good luck! It's like talking to the wall!

Just okay

You get what you pay for.  I rented 2 bedroom villa, just enough room for couple with 2 boys. However not very clean upon arrival.  Light switches dirty and the patio area covered in cigarette buds and one empty can + straw. Still boys had fun at pool. We made use of gym. Was okay but not best getaway when leaving clean home to stay at not clean hotel.  I go to Palm Springs often will look for another place next time.

Family Weekend Getaway

We went on a Saturday morning and although we were not able to get in our room we were still able to use all of the amenities. The pool area was perfect for my 3 kids and I. We were also allowed to bring in our ice chest so we did not have to be forced to purchase food at the bar and grill. Overall great environment. Saturday they had a DJ that was playing some great music. The adults were having a good time just as much as the kids were. Totally recommend this spot for a nice getaway!! Guest rooms were perfect for a family of 5.

the worst customer service

I have travelled around the globe and this was the worst customer service I have ever experienced.  They give you bad attitude from the moment you stand in line to check in....and you can imagine the rest....

Great Three Day Weekend!

Pros: Free Internet, Quiet
We had a fabulous time! We were in building 11100 and it was so close to the pool. Great pool with food/bar service. Our room was ground floor so our patio was practically on the green, looking out to the mountains. The bed was so comfortable and I loved having a mini kitchen! All the staff was so friendly too!

Really need a place for breakfast.

Pros: Free Internet, Quiet
Cons: Nothing close, Poor breakfast
The cost was a bit high for what we got, but I understand if was big weekend for the Stagecoach Festival. (this was not our reason for being in town. Biggest complaint was that there wasn't a restaurant open on the premises for breakfast. My husband was in a golf tournament and needed to take the car. I needed a place that I could walk to for breakfast. I ended up with a bagel from the Marketplace. On the first morning, we make a pot of coffee then realized there was no sugar. Later that afternoon, after the room had been cleaned, we noticed that they failed to leave more coffee and again, no sugar. When we called, we were told that it was usually only provided for the first night. They did bring us some, though. The room was not large, but was sufficient and very clean. The small kithenette (microwave, refrigerator, toaster, coffee pot and sink) was very nice. The bathroom was a good size with a good size tub. The shower head was horrible. Wouldn't be my first choice, but definitely not my last choice either.
