It was a nice hotel but it was in a business district. There’s not much to do around there but it was. Lose enough to uber.

My room was hot and AC was loud. Maintenance came and told me to use the control panel on the ac, not the thermostat, it still didn’t cool off. No response for how loud the ac was. Felt like I was in a cheap motel not a Hilton sponsored hotel.

Toilet didn’t work properly. I had to mess with it a few times for the tank to fill al it can flush. Also didn’t like that I had to pay for parking. No microwave in the rooms either. Should be for the prices Double Tree charges.

I recently stayed at the DoubleTree, and while the property itself was fine, there are a few things I did not like about this stay. First, you’re now required to use an app to pay for parking, instead of having it added directly to your reservation like before. On top of that, they increased the card hold from to ? which felt unnecessary for this type of property. What bothered me most was the parking situation. I had to pay ? just to park in the lot, and the app included warnings that vehicles could be towed if payment wasn’t made through it. That part felt very unwelcoming. Overall, these changes make the property feel less worth the cost compared to my previous stays.
