I asked the Expedia team to help me cancel my reservation because my aunt died and I needed to stay home and could not go on this trip. The Expedia team said that despite these special circumstances, they would not grant me a refund even though I did not stay at the hotel. This is incredibly rude and insensitive. My room wasn’t ready when i got there. They offered me complimentary breakfast to my sister, my husband and my family. It wasn’t a problem since there’s restaurant near by so we went to eat first. We loved our morning breakfast. This is my second time going to this hotel and i loved it!
