"Excellent property, great location, and the staff was super friendly. The pool bar staff are excellent, super cool bartender. Our AC did not work real well which kept our room at a constant 75-78 degrees which sucked. We told the staff about it, but maintenance never came. I got a box fan just to circulate the air. Maybe they fixed it after we left, but that was our only complaint...other than that it was great."

"Staff was wonderful. Large. Accessible bathroom , bedroom was a little smaller than anticipated. Elevator was smaller than anticipated when one partner needs to use an electric wheelchair. Would have liked to be aware of this when the reservation was made. We had never stayed at a resort hotel before so we were not expecting all of the extras that go with this type of stay. We would never do a Friday night stay again. The bed was very restful. Would have asked for an exterior room, not one on the courtyard side."
