After o check on I went to my room to find out that it wasn't clean: there was a towel on the smoke detector, hanging on the wall, bed frame metal was sticking out ( very dangerous, the fridge wasn't working, there was already trash in the trash can the little ice bucket was filled with water someone used and housekeeping didn't bother checking and the bed smelled like someone's body spray. I would never go back and I wouldn't recommend it to no one. I have told the staff with pictures,no one offered to change my room nor to send someone to rectify the issues. 0 out 10

Very friendly specially miss/ Rosy in the front desk in the morning shift and another girl at night shift sorry not having her name and one of the best the cafeteria lady she treats customers like family With a lot of patience and respect The only problem with the housekeeping if they can check the room daily just for pick up the garbage and check the path room if it’s possible Other than that everything else is great Thanks for having us over.

No cleaning staff?

There was no room service. I had to call for clean towels and get cups off a cleaning cart in hallway. The sheet on my bed was way too short and only came up to my waist. After a couple of days our garbage was overflowing. I am very surprised the rooms were not even looked at by the cleaning staff.
