Real treat of a stay.

This hotel was the best one we stayed in over our month trip in the US. Real care has been taken decorate the rooms in a fresh and modern way. The owners have really considered the customer, with a proper filter coffee machine , fresh ground coffee, and an ice maker. Lots of plug and phone sockets next to the beds. The room was spacious, and very comfortable. The only slight niggle was the walls were quite thin and we could clearly hear the conversation our neighbour had on the phone in his room but luckily he was quiet the rest of the time and didn’t disturb our stay. It has parking for your car right outside and is very convenient for Palisade. It had a lovely family feel and was clearly cared for. There is a little patio area at the back of your room which is south facing (well for rooms 1 to 5 I believe). There is a wood fire area you are encouraged to use and a nice decking area as well.

The Homestead is truly a gem! The room was updated, clean, quiet, and amenities galore were available. The owners provided detailed information about our check-in process which was so appreciated. It was communicated numerous times that if there was anything we needed to just to reach out and ask. Thank you for that personable touch that is so hard to find these days. Wonderful place in Palisade

We had a great stay at this lovely Inn. It’s just on the edge of Palisade, across from the river. Wonderful king bed, nice back area with corn hole and a fire pit. The rooms are spotless, thoughtful and comfortable. Highly recommend!

Accomodations were nicely appointed, great yard in back of motel for kids to play along with the owners dog. Located away from city and crowds. Would have liked meeting the owners and having them share some tips on area.
