Holiday Inn Binghamton Downtown by IHG
"Overall, the hotel and stay were great. I only have 2 complaints. The handicap parking zone is very tight and difficult to park in. I don't know what could be done about that. The other complaint is that after arriving back at the hotel, I was confronted by a homeless person sitting on the bench right outside the entrance doors to the hotel. He was trying to buy water from me as I walked in and started yelling when I refused. I asked the front desk if they were going to call the police but they went out and told him to leave instead. He did leave. They said he was a regular fixture. That should NOT happen on hotel property."
