The downside was in the suite we had limited showering privacy, no temperature control in the room (rectified by staff providing a portable heater). The suite we were in had high walls, cement ceiling, and no softness to absorb sounds from other guests. A gentleman in one of the rooms either above, below or beside was on a telephone call that lasted until 2:00 am — he was using a normal tone of voice, but we could hear him. The front desk response in the morning was that we should have called down to them (hindsight); but, we actually didn’t know where to say the voice was coming from. Otherwise our 6 night stay was good to excellent."
