The people working there were lovely particularly at the concierge and luggage desk very kind and helpful. Kiki in the club room was very sweet to us. We were happy to stay near Chinatown and away from the super touristy high rise area.

Fantastic hotel!! Super clean and great location, 2mins from the MRT and only 50mins from Changi airport. Great sized rooms. Comfiest beds! Beautiful rooftop bar. Love the water filter taps in the bedrooms, no plastic waste from small plastic water bottles. Really excellent sustainable move, well done Carlton City Hotel!! Highly recommend.
