"On the third day of the stay, a water main bursted on the second floor and flooded lower floors, which put all elevators out of commission. There was no communication from the hotel and I speculated that the elevators were all out of service as the buttons were not responsive. Walking down wasn’t too bad and I found out about the flooding as I descended onto the second floor where water was ankle deep thereafter. "

I was assigned my favorite room no.1414 with a brilliant harbour view and have spent the check out date with an excellent hospitality in the lounge as my flight was late in the evening. "
