Great, friendly staff in all areas. Very clean. Lighting in the main rooms was POOR. We couldn’t even read the directions for the coffee pot without a flashlight. Lighting in the BATHROOM was GREAT. Would like to have know prior to reserving the room-how far it was from the main part of the hotel. (We all were in our 80’s). Suggest a safety lock on the main door to the unit. MANY towels which was GREAT.

We love the hot springs pools but don't like staying at the river view building esp. the 2nd floor. As we are older and have to carry our belongings up the too step stairs. They are not safe.

We paid for a "River View"Garden Room. It was more like the back alley view of a dump. I was bit by some bug during the night and my eye swelled up for over the next week. The mineral spa pools were not clean. There was used band aids by the spa. The breakfast which cost $19.99 per person was horrible! Will never recommend this place!

Loved the onsite hotspring & amazing views from the tubs, breakfast was good, but otherwise the room we got was terrible... unclean, smelled terrible, and was basically in a basement far from the main area of the motel. The worst room we had on an entire 10 day road trip.

Bed sheets had rips in them. Parking availability with trailers Terrible. Pizza restaurant charges $2.50 per ranch that should come with appetizer. Drink up charge was $15 for makers mark making whole drink $45 dollars each.

The room amenities were lacking compared to other rooms for the same rate. Bed was horrific in that it was lopsided, springs poking through on one side. Asked the front how to make a formal complaint and he said “let me grab my stick notes”. We have stayed at this property for years and could not be more disappointed.
