Weekend Getaway

The location was perfect easy walk or drive into town. The home was quiet and wonderfully appointed. Management team ensured we had everything needed for a seamless stay.

Perfect Mountain Getaway

This was the perfect spot for our family. Everyone had a comfortable bedroom with their own bathroom. The condo was very nice and right across the street from the river walk trail, which takes you right into town. We loved walking this daily. The kitchen was great, as we did most of our meals in the condo. Having AC and a grill was something I was specifically looking for when booking. These were perfect and worked well. Keeping us cool during the time we were there and keeping our meals simple with the grill.

Great location across the road from the river and a 15-20 minute into downtown Ouray and the Ouray Hot Springs Pool. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Large smart tv great for watching movies. Beds were nice and comfortable. There is only one thermostat for the whole home which is three floors. Heat rises so when we needed the AC cranked up upstairs (there are two bedrooms on 3rd floor) to cool it down (we were there in the summer) the 1st floor (has one bedroom) was freezing - so plan ahead.

Friends-cation

3-couples traveling together. We had plenty room for sleeping, getting ready and socializing. We made meals at the condo and found everything we needed. Short walk along the beautiful river to get you to hot springs and into town. Professional correspondence with owner. Each room had a “care package” with everything you would need for the stay. Would recommend to others!

Only suggestion I would maybe consider removing the blinds that cover the patio door. We raised them to go out and had a very hard time lowering it back down. Otherwise everything else was great! Across the street is a walking trail along the river to walk dogs. Very close to town too.

Excellent townhouse close to town

We enjoyed our stay at this townhouse and appreciated how each bedroom has its own bathroom. It was clean and well laid out and had everything we needed. The only consideration I'd like to mention is there are a lot of stairs (3 stories with high ceilings), so that could be an issue if anyone in your party has mobility issues. I broke my foot the week before our stay, so unfortunately it was a challenge for me to get around which is no fault of the property of course. We would definitely stay here again once I'm back on my feet again!

Large, clean and well appointed.

Property was large, clean and well appointed. Being an end unit it was bright. We enjoyed the gas fireplace in the mornings and evenings. We were very comfortable in the living areas and bedrooms. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and enjoy meals. The parking was a little tight for my full size, 4 door pickup but we were able to make it work. A little far to walk to town but an easy drive.

The large room upstairs and downstairs bedroom were very comfortable. The second room upstairs had rock hard pillows and the bed was very uncomfortable. Great place, one piece of advice!

Enjoyed staying here - thank you. I did want to mention that having address numbers on the front door would significantly help with finding the property. We had a group of 3 guys who had confused our place with their rental, walking in through the front door via the same front door code, waking me up at 12:30 AM thinking we were in their place. Numbers on the door along with different door codes should be present. Thanks

December 2020 Ouray Trip

We researched for over a month where we wanted to stay in Colorado, we decided on Ouray because of how it is portrayed on multiple websites. The town is tiny, there is nothing to do whatsoever (except hot springs) the locals are rude and it is ridiculously expensive. The townhouse is really a nice place but the parking was terrible and if you do not have a 4x4 you will get stuck. Our property manager was on vacation so the fill in was helping us the best she could. If you want a relaxing place to lay your head in Colorado then go to Ouray. We didn't travel too far past but if you want stuff to be able to do, stay in Durango or Telluride.

Beautiful destination but house fell short of our expectations

We loved visiting Ouray and we were happy to have this house where we could bring our dog. The park near the condo is beautiful. The hardest part with our stay was the location because the house backs up to the highway. There is not AC and it was warm the week we stayed (July) so our windows had to be open all night. It made it extremely difficult for my kids to sleep while hearing motorcycles and other vehicles come into town. The top bedroom does not have any window coverings so again, that made it hard to sleep. The windows are all old and some are hard to get open and closed. We also had a bear visit every night and knock over any trash cans outside, which woke everyone up each night. The kitchen was well stocked and my kids loved the foosball table. We loved Ouray but would find another place to stay next time.

Lovely Stay

This place was great!!! Easy to find, right off the main road. Everything was so cozy. Loved the fire place. They are super pet friendly which is awesome. The beds were comfy, the living area was relaxing. We had basically everything we needed. The decor is super cute and just makes this place so cute. I would definitely love to stay here again. Communication with the property management company was awesome as well. Some reviews mentioned something about noise… we didn’t hear anything it was perfect.

This is a great property for a small group.

This property has a great view of the stream, and it is within walking distance of town. It is centrally located for Jeep trails. Plus, it has a nice sized single garage that was great during inclement weather for loading/unloading vehicle. This unit has been modernized and it has all new appliances. There are three levels to this unit so make sure your party can handle stairs. I would stay there again.
