Everything was just as described—and even better. The place was spotless and had everything we needed. We spent a lot of time out back by the chiminea, soaking in the crisp October air and watching the aspens turn brilliant shades of gold. The location was ideal: easy walks to downtown and to the trailheads of the Perimeter Trail. The property manager was super helpful and quick to respond. We’ll definitely stay here again next time we come out to hike the Perimeter Trail.

Had a wonderful time staying in this beautiful condo! It was very clean and comfortable. There are quite a few stairs to get to this one, but that was very clear in the listing. We had a small issue, but the management company took care of it right away. They were very responsive. I would love to go back!

Great place to stay. The house was clean and spacious, LOTS of daylight. The opening sky lights were a nice touch.The only 2 negatives (and they're small) is 1. The back porch was a little messy -would have liked a broom to be able to sweep it.2. It is a little farther away from downtown, a long walk but still walkable

Great experience

Really enjoyed our stay in Ouray at this property this past week. Nice place with a really nicely stocked kitchen. Easy check-in and checkout procedure and quick responses from the owner when we had a couple questions. Great spot!

Nice place.

Loved the property. Close to things. Dishwasher was completely full and had to be emptied onto a shelf which was hard to reach. It would have been nice to have summer linens as it was rather warm at night. Do not rent if you cannot do stairs. The third floor was difficult with luggage.

First Family Getaway

This was our first family getaway! Our girls (2 and 4) loved the loft and we’re so grateful for the separate space for them to be kids, but with the amenities like open space, a tv, carpet and low beds. We loved being right outside Ouray and kind of tucked away! It was a pleasant first family trip! Thank you!

Great stay in the Switzerland of America. The place was extremely spacious and quiet. The family was able to move about without overlap. Management company was splendid and highly recommended for future stays.

Unwelcome

The stay was overall great. My issue comes with the OVER communication of our checkout time. We felt very unwelcome when the day before checkout, I received 3 emails and two texts "reminding" me that my checkout was at 10am the following day. Then another 2 emails and text the day of. It felt as though we were just a number and not a welcome guest.

Mountain stay

This property was exactly as lovely as it looks in photos! The only thing we struggled with a bit was temperature - it was hot and even with the fans we struggled to cool the condo down. However that’s totally on us since it clearly said no air conditioning.

Practically perfect!

We arrived at night, so our first impression was just of the interior. Very clean, nicely furnished, spacious. When we saw the surroundings in the daylight, we were so happy! Sitting on the front deck, listening to the river or relaxing on the back patio watching hummingbirds and chipmunks- pure joy. We cooked several meals and found everything we needed. Probably the best stocked kitchen we’ve ever had in a rental. Nice linens, comfortable beds. All in all, best condo we’ve stayed in. We will definitely stay again!

2nd level Condo

Had we known this was on the second level with three flights of stairs we probably would have stayed somewhere else. We also don’t remember the description stating this was a condo when we booked. Just a pain to haul a family’s worth of luggage, groceries etc up three flights of stairs. Otherwise, a nice place, we’ll equipped and clean that meet our needs.

Perfect for Families

Our family loved being just far enough from Main Street to miss out on the noise of the traffic but clise enough to walk tobthe park, pool, and shops. The sound of the Uncompahgre River was soothing, and the wildlife viewing from the front deck was amazing! We will definitely rent here again.

Fantastic

This place was absolutely amazing . We had a view of a waterfall from the living room. Very clean. Would absolutely stay here again. You do have to climb a few flights of stairs outside to get to it so not handicap accessible. Also the man below us had two dogs who barked a lot. But other than that…perfect.
