I was greeted by two front desk agents whose humor and genuine engagement made the stress of the day disappear instantly. Despite the late hour, they went the extra mile to personally show me the spa, Jacuzzi, and sauna facilities to ensure I could properly unwind. This is world-class hospitality at its finest. "Great staff. Older but and clean hotel with decent size rooms with small balcony. They were going through renovations when we were there in winter 2026 and the elevator was out of service but staff offered to take our luggage up the stairs. "

"room was directly under the roof. I am a tall person. 15% of the rooms in the hotel were occupied. Why give a small room directly under the roof to a tall person then? in 70% of surface of the room I could not stand. Also, the cabinets are short. My coat could not even hang in the cabinet (too low for the coat) "

"The hotel is beautiful with nice spacious rooms and everything you need already in the room. Helpful staff, right across from the metro station and right next to the water with the beautiful promenade. Highly recommend!"
