The Hiraizumi Hot Spring Ryokan Soba'an Shizukatei, Iwate, which is the closest hotel, is situated 10 miles (16 kilometers) from the town center of Oshu. A different close Travelocity accommodation option is the APA Hotel Kitakami-Ekinishi, in Tohoku, 11 miles (18 kilometers) from downtown Oshu.
