The room was very spacious and clean. I liked that the staff sent me a message through expedia occasionally for updates. The booklet that was provided in the room with all the information for the property rules and how to use the appliances was super helpful. The in-unit washer/dryer was convenient. I would stay here again.

I did enjoy my stay at the apartment hotel. Lots of space with separate bathroom and toilet, a special call out was for the washing machine and dryer in the apartment - make washing/drying so much easier. The only item for improvement would be to put more hooks on the wall - to hang towels or toiletry bags. The apartment is a quiet area but only a 10 min walk to Dontoburi and a 7 min walk to the station.

I absolutely adore this place! It’s conveniently located near the main tourist spots. Even though there’s no one to “check us in,” it was super simple and easy. I’d definitely stay here again when I’m back in Osaka. The room was spotless when I arrived, and since I’m pretty organized, I don’t need my room cleaned every day. This one didn’t have that extra touch. Also, if you need a washer and dryer for your trip at the end, this is the perfect spot for you. One thing I’d really love them to add is an AC in the elevator. But aside from that, it’s absolutely perfect!

While a bit small, the place is very clean and comfortable. The AC and the washer/drier worked perfectly. It’s walking distance to Dotonbori (10 min) and a metro station (8 min). There is also a grocery store nearby. The kitchen does not have a lot of supplies - we only had two plates, two bowls and two cups so had to wash after watch meal. Also cooking supplies are limited. We only used the kitchen for breakfast.

Great apartment, well equipped, good walkable distance to the super lively Dotonburi area of the city. Bed was comfortable, and didn’t have the strange typical Japanese pillows that are filled with buckwheat. For us this was a bonus , along with the washer/dryer

An okay stay nearby dontoburi. Hotel doesn’t have workers but easy to check in. Elevator has no AC. Liked amenities such as laundry but the buttons were so confusing. For example heating for shower is in main room for some reason.

Very nice unit. Clean, great a/c, kitchen, fridge, kettle, etc. This is an apartment rental, so you will not get daily cleaning. With 5 days stay they included a free cleaning that you can schedule. Also, fresh towels were on request. This was fine for us. Location was good for walking to Dotonbori area. Transit was close enough with luggage.

It’s a small room like a lot of other Japanese hotels but it has everything you need for a short stay. It’s clean and cozy. It’s close to transportation and shopping areas. Quiet and safe at night. I would recommend it.

Apartment hotel near Dontonbori

This place is within walking distance of the train and Dotonbori area. The room was clean and maintained. There wasn't any cooking materials if you wanted to make some food, however there was a family mart nearby and a microwave. We had trouble figuring out hot to get the water hot in the shower, so we ended up with cool water. More instructions would have been helpful.

The rooms are VERY comfortable. All the appliances are new and high quality. Location is close to nippombashi station, and within 10 mins walking distance to dotonbori. Highly recommend staying here. The only downside is email communication which is in japanese. But nothing google translate cant fix.

Misleading Listing Not a Hotel, Minimal Support for Foreign Travelers I don’t take leaving negative reviews lightly, but it’s important for companies not to mislead foreign travelers especially when there’s a language barrier and navigating procedures is already challenging. I hope this review helps others planning their trip. First, Japan is one of the most extraordinary places to visit truly magnificent. But this listing is not a hotel, as advertised on Expedia. It is an apartment complex with no reception, no front desk, and no staff available to assist you on-site. We had two rooms booked, and they were not located near each other. We had our luggage sent from our previous hotel in Tokyo (a standard and trusted service in Japan), but this property couldn’t properly receive it. Since there was no staff, the luggage was left outside our rooms. Thankfully, this is Japan but elsewhere, that could have been a major security issue. Also worth noting: You have to pay a Daily fee if you want to have your room clean. Expedia doesn’t want me to disclose how much. It is a tremendous fee if you lose your physical key. They claim to provide fresh towels daily, but we never received any. If you arrive early, don’t expect early check-in or help with your luggage. I asked if they had lockers, and was told no but later discovered a locker garage just around the corner that would have made a big difference.

6 min to the front of Dotonbori St. (with the giant crab) 5 min to Nippombashi station Namba is walking distance (12 min) or one train station over Kuromon market is 7 min away Property had a washer/ dryer so don’t need to bring too much clothes. More room for the Don Quixote stuff. It takes about 4 hours though so do it at night.
