The hotel is easy to access (next to train station even it is not the main station). Easy to check in (virtual reception) and we can storage our luggages as we arrive too early for check-in. It has a room which is specifically to storage luggages. The room is very clean. It is not too spacious but not too small as well for 4 of us (4 adults). The beds are comfortable and there are enough pillows for us. The kitchen is well equipped (very basic ones). There's a refrigerator and freezer. Rubbish bins liners are provided more than enough. The hotel is close to local supermarkets (Appro Sakuragawa is my favourite one). We will be happy to stay again.

Interesting concept for the hotel-apartment. Location is good, love the face that I am not smack right in the middle of dontonburi or namba as I prefer a much quieter environment. The lack of front desk which make the experience really private and authentic (as you would if you are renting 1LDK). Hotel mangement resolve this issue with a lot of prior communications. I would defintely book the property again for my next trip

Very convenient location, literally 100 m from the station. Close to main shopping / dining area. Very clean, relatively spacious rooms. Washing machine is great for a longer stay. Would definitely stay there again.

Honestly the place was decent. It wasn't amazing but it was comfortable. I personally enjoy the access method they have to the hotel since all you need is the code but I did notice quite a few people in the lobby struggling. Also didn't enjoy how open the locker room was especially since it wasn't really a locker room but a storage closet where everyone with the entrance code could come in and access other people's luggage. There were these bike locks essentially but they weren't the most secure method since it was just attaching your suitcases to a wire rack basically. The interior of the room was nice. It felt more like a home which made it relaxing and our room had a projector screen which honestly was a nice touch however didnt appreciate how close it was to the bed next to it. It was basically hovering over the side of it. The bathroom was decent and the bathtub was okay although ran out of hot water after like 1 minute. Took a lukewarm/cold shower. I feel like communication would be a thing they could improve on. Not bad, especially for the price.

Our stay at hotel Abitare was great! The room was spacious, clean and quite comfortable. The location is minutes away from the train station for easy access to major hubs of Osaka. Dotonburi shopping is about a 15 minute walk. Having a kitchen and washing machine added extra convenience.

The property is spacious to accomodate family of 4. Walking distance to Dontobori and easy access to sakuragawa train station. Many restaurants and convenient store nearby.

Excellent hotel, room was very spacious with wide range of amenities. Access to washing machine in room made it so convenient when travelling with kids. There is no front desk but checking in and out processes are easy to follow. Located minutes from train station and 15 minute walk to Dotonbori. Would definitely stay again!

Hotel is unmanned with no lobby attendant. Everything is done virtually through a video concierge in the lobby. When giving the room code it wasnt the safest as they put it on the screen and others can see your detailed information on at check in if you dont block the screen from others. Overall very spacious layout with tons of room for Tokyo and it was clean. About 10 mins walk to Dotonbori or the subway. Heating/AC unit is a bit hard to get setup properly but once its set its good.

This hotel is located in a quiet area but within walking distance (10-15 minutes) to all necessary amenities such as restaurants, transportation network & shopping (Namba & Shinsaibashi area where the famous Dotonbori is located). It is quite unique because it is not attended by any receptionist, but rather it is done remotely. The communication is done very well so that the checking in process is seamless. The room is self catered, very clean and comfortable and rather spacious. Over all, it is a very pleasant stay for my family & I and I would recommend it to future guests.

Execellent stay, overall! Located in a very quiet, safe and strategic location where many of the major tourist spots are situated (e.g. Dotonburi, Umeda, Koromon Market, subway stations)! Room was perfect for 2 adults and 2 kids with well-maintained ameneties! Check-in and check-out was a breeze! Would definitely comeback again!
