The onsen was awesome. I think the beds were a bit hard and the breakfast options never changed at all so those could improve. The hotel and rooms were clean and the staff helpful and friendly. The lounge wear were top quality and I wish they sold them.

Unique was the sky roof public bath. They also provide free lockers once at check out. What I didn’t like was the mildew smell in the restroom, walls are not sound proof. I can also hear people above us walking. Elevator and halls don’t have AC

My stay at this hotel was truly wonderful. The late-night spa was incredibly relaxing and a highlight of my visit. The room was very clean and comfortable, providing everything I needed. The staff was friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. I also enjoyed the buffet breakfast, which was delicious and offered a great variety. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
