We are so glad we booked MoNday Osaka apartment. Starting from check-in to check-out was a smooth process. All staff were absolutely a pleasure to deal with, esp Sandi(big shout out to her!) , who went above & beyond to make our stay very comfortable. Room was faultless, location very convenient.
