Love the overall aesthetic of the resort. I did not like that the resort did not have towel service at the pool. Instead we were given towels in the room that we had no way to dry for the next day (unless we opted to use the dryers). I am on vacation; do not want to do laundry while on vacation.

There was blonde hair all over my room, the floors, shower, and bed. I asked to have it cleaned and was told because I was not stay a week I would have to pay. Other than that we had a great time.

The pools were cold same as water park, water was very cold we could enjoy and didn’t use swim or water park, and I booked this hotel for its water park and swimming pools.

This resort was just okay, and we probably wouldn't go back again with so many others to chose from. Pools were heated which is nice! Clean rooms, but no daily housekeeping was a surprise. Club house and surrounding areas could have been kept much cleaner. Early check out time was a drawback.

We moved to 3 different rooms in 3 different buildings in less than 24 hrs. We arrived at 1:30AM and the room they gave us was out of service but they didn’t notice until we tried opening it. The second room they gave us was not clean and had quite a few things broken, so the following morning we had to move to a third room. The experience was not good all around. The pool was packed and not very clean and neither was the water park. We would not recommend this hotel and will never go back.

We had a great experience. Very nice and convenient. The room and service was wonderful. The only negative was no soap or shampoo in the bathrooms but, it was easily fixed by calling guest services (3 times).

During a recent 5 night stay, I would say the Groves Resort met expectations regarding a spacious 3 bed/3 bath condo which was clean and had comfortable beds. The full size refrigerator, microwave, and stove came in handy so everyone’s drinks, breakfast, and late night snacks could be accommodated. What did not meet expectations was upon checking the main bathroom, we did not have hand towels or wash clothes and only one towel each, which we did not think a big deal given my next sentence… Although the website says that for stays that last longer than 3 days, daily trash and towel service will be provided (and we would then get the hand towels and wash clothes needed) turns out that we had to ask for the service at check in. Also if you want late checkout (which we asked for the day before we were leaving not knowing before that what our schedule would be), you also have to ask for when checking in. Fine print I guess…so keep this in mind if plan to stay here. Finally, we did have to have a TV repaired which was done promptly, the thermostat would not let you adjust (luckily we were content with 73 - and we did not report) and the safe did not work (which we did not report). My assumption is that they would have addressed if reported.
