**Good to Know**:
This is the lower-level suite of our family home. Parking is behind the home, and so guests will need to cross the lawn and go down some steps to access the guest suite.

Garage parking with a garage door opener is available as an optional add-on ($8/night). It is secure and accessible via walking path. If interested, send us a message when booking to confirm it is available during your stay.

While the space is private and fully yours during your stay, you may occasionally hear everyday sounds from upstairs—we're a working household with two toddlers and a friendly, hypoallergenic goldendoodle (JoJo, who is not allowed in the guest suite outside of guest stays).

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Gather used towels Please put all the dirty towels in the bathtub Throw trash away Put all trash in the kitchen garbage or in the large patio garbage
Please start a load of one set of sheets on “hot”. The washer can only handle one set. All dirty dishes should be loaded in the dishwasher and dishwasher started.
Kitchen should be clean and refrigerator/ freezer should be emptied of all guest food and drinks. Make sure the hot tub buckles are secured.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

No parties or gatherings. Absolutely no smoking on property. No hankie pankie in the hot tub. Please remove shoes in the house.
Children/minors must be accompanied by an adult at all times while using the hot tub. Swim diaper required for non potty-trained children.
For stays over 30 days hosts will require that a property owner walk-through with guest (every 30 days) be scheduled to inspect and restock supplies.
