We stayed in an inner room. Small but comfortable and very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. We asked for a coffee maker and it was delivered in minutes, no charge. You have to request housekeeping, which we didn't know so we missed one day of cleaning, but thats on us. Very convenient to beach and shops.

I liked the cleanliness and the pleasant staff. My reservation was for an ocean view and 2 beds (due to a current issue with my back). When we arrived I nicely reminded the desk person of the ocean view and the 2 beds in my reservation and she reassured me we would have the view as well as both a king and queen bed. There was only a king bed. I checked the small couch to see if it was a fold out but it didnt appear to be one. Also, the small couch was extremely uncomfortable (very little support) and was worn out at the edges of the cushions. We were too tired to request a move so we just dealt with the one bed. The room itself was very nice with a great ocean view.

No beach view, no soundproofing. Light visible around the door. Staging area for cleaning staff was right outside our door so noise started early and went all day. Because the room was “accessible” there was no tub which was fine but the water pooled on the floor and didn’t drain away properly

Would stay again, but definitely different room.

Stayed in a small room, which access was basically was outside (behind a carded door but but open air breezeway) so there was a cold breeze that came around the door. Side access door in to Breezeway was supposed to be open 7 am to 11 pm, but at 8 am it was not open.

The only down fall was the rooms.no 114 and 104A they were on ground especially 104A was like a hole.All.ataffs are good.but atleast having travelled from far expecting to have anice few ..I wish some one would.jave explained earlier availability of tje rooms with.a good view were.already taken. Staff breakfast was oky.next time.staff booking for a customer should.let.them Know.if they qant ground floor.or not.The restaurant has avey nice breakfast buffet.

We had a floor level “ocean view” room. You couldn’t see the ocean over the dunes. It was okay though. The room was nice and the amenities were thoughtful. My kids enjoyed the breakfast and the pool. The room didn’t have a/c, but there was a ceiling fan which was much appreciated. Staff was so kind and accommodating. We had a great weekend at the beach and a fantastic stay!

The room was a little bit tight even for single person, but was clean and looks immaculate. It is also in a very convenient location, not only near the beac but as well as to shops and stores… Highly recommended especially for a person like me who has a pet. Parking is well space and the staff are very courteous and will entertain even silliest questions.

The check in process was easy. We were even able to checkin an hour early. The property is steps from the beach which is super convenient. Only cons were the drain in the bath tub was clogged. They did offer to send maintenence but it was our last day and were leaving anyways. I also wish they'd bring back the complimentary breakfast. But overall it was a decent stay.

I never ever got to come to the hotel. I was stuck in the Dallas Airport when over 700 flights canceled. I called to see if they wouldn't charge me and haven't heard anything.
