I like staying here because of the price, location and friendly staff. The outdoor pool and spa are also very nice. However the TVs in the rooms are so outdated they're barely worth watching.

The breakfast was AWFUL!!!! Worst breakfast at a hotel I have stayed in! everything else was a 5 star I would give the breakfast a 1 star! What hotel does not have waffles and scrambled eggs. We ate at a breakfast place everyday except the 1st one cuz it was awful.

We had the two bedroom suite, which was advertised as sleeping 6. The pullout bed said it’s a double, but it seemed more like a twin than a double. Also, the mattress was pretty bad—all springs and no comfort. Fortunately, I had two twin air mattresses with us, so my sons slept on those instead of the pullout bed. We also found two items missed by the housekeeping crew from someone’s prior stay. A stray ear plug and the top of a squeeze pouch that rolled out from under the couch when we opened it for the mattress. Easy enough to pick up but it seems like they should have been noticed. Other than those two items, everything was perfectly clean and well-maintained. We appreciated the free breakfast options, though they were pretty limited. Fairly typical of these kind of hotels, however, and the staff kept everything restocked during the breakfast time. The TownePlace staff were extremely friendly, and we appreciated the quick and easy check-in process. Despite the minor issue of the discomfort of the pullout bed, we had a positive stay and would definitely stay here again. The room felt more spacious than expected. The room was quiet, and there was no noise transfer from other guests.

Nice kitchenette if you want to cook. Rooms are small, dated, horrible smells can come from other rooms who choose to cook. They serve a free breakfast but it could be upgraded. Food was microwaved quiche bites, and microwaved breakfast sandwiches. All and all, it looks nice from the outside but not so great on the inside.
