Wonderful place with very comfortable furniture and beds. Close to everything. Ths beach is across the street at a crosswalk with a light for safe access. The pool in front is amazing and easy to use. This is a place to be !

Perfect Spot for our Family Vacation

This was perfect for our family! It was very clean and it was in a safe and convenient location. Access to the beach was very quick and easy walk. We will be back soon!

Amazing Place!

We loved our visit! The home was very clean and had everything we needed. The beach was only a short walk away. We will definetly stay here again!

Convenient, comfortable cottage

This location was perfect for our family vacation. The pool is steps away and the beach is just a short trek across the road. The amenities and communication were very thorough.

Great Property

Perfect property for beach stay. Outdoor shower to get sand off, no carpet, everything newer, both bedrooms had own shower, washer/dryer, and pool. Also cross walk to private beach access.

Fun and Relaxing

We had an amazing stay at this property :) The host Julie was so kind and helpful! The house was very clean and beautifully decorated. The location is perfect to get to the beach and all the nearby places to go. We will be sure to return to this property for our next stay in Orange Beach.

Consistently Excellent Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed here for six nights, and this was our second time booking the property. It was just as enjoyable as last year. More important than anything, the home is extremely clean, which is one of the main reasons we keep coming back. Along with being comfortable and convenient, it makes for a reliable and pleasant stay. We highly recommend it to other travelers.

Great family stay

This was our first time to Orange Beach. I did my research when booking this place, but you still never know until you arrive. It did not disappoint. Every review and every description was 100% accurate. We were so happy with our stay. It was so clean, cute decor, easy check in/out instructions and close to the beach. It was an easy walk across the street. We will definitely plan a stay here in the future when we return Thanks for a great experience.

Great location!

My family of 5 came for a week and stayed at Sand Dune. We loved the location! Even though it was across the street from beach access, it was a quick and easy walk. My only slight downfall would be that there are no beach items at the house. I would have liked a couple beach chairs so we didn’t have to buy or rent chairs. The community was small and quaint, the pool was the perfect size, and the parking was easy.

The sleeper sofa needs to be replaced. The mattress is worn to the point that the cushions sink down in the couch making the couch uncomfortable and the bed unusable.

Exceptional!

Everything about this property was exactly what we were looking for! The check in process was one the easiest that I’ve ever experienced! The property itself was super clean and very well appointed. Also, the Property Manager was friendly, personable and responded promptly (if not immediately!) too all of my questions. Centrally located, it’s easy to get just about anywhere and the beach is just a short walk across the street. A crosswalk is just steps from the front door and makes crossing the street a breeze!

First time at Orange Beach and loved it

The house was spotless and impeccably clean throughout. Every room was well-maintained and made the entire stay feel comfortable and refreshing. The cleanliness and attention to detail were top notch. Although you have to cross the highway to get to the beach, it was incredibly easy! I didn’t have to wait at all for the traffic light. As soon as I pushed the button, it changed quickly, making it a breeze to cross the street. This made beach access super fast and convenient. Overall, this property is ideal for anyone looking for a clean, well-kept home with super easy beach access. I highly recommend it and would love to stay here again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I stumbled upon this charming cottage looking for a rental near Foley for a weekend volleyball tournament. Needless to say, I wish my family would have had a few extra days to stay! The cottage was just as pictured, as well as, clean and very well stocked with all the essentials a “home away from home” needs. The property management team provided info to make our check in/out a breeze and also contacted me during our stay to make sure everything was to our liking. The beach access was also incredibly convenient. My family will definitely be return renters!

The house is sparsely furnished which I usually prefer - but they could add some side tables or a coffee table in the living space to make it perfect. It is a very short walk to the beach (3-5 minutes). It’s in a great location close to everything. We didn’t use the pool much because it was pretty full the week we were there.
