Todos disfrutarán de la enorme TV de 70 "en la sala de estar ... ¡seguro! ¡Y puedes disfrutar de la televisión mientras te relajas en el súper cómodo sillón reclinable! Además, ¡hay un sofá cama Queen en la sala de estar en caso de que lo necesites! El comedor tiene capacidad para 6 personas y hay 4 taburetes en el mostrador del "bar". La cocina está completamente equipada y tiene hermosas encimeras de granito y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable ... ¡en caso de que quiera cocinar!

El dormitorio principal tiene una cama King y un baño en suite. ¡Hay ventanas de piso a techo en la habitación para que tengas una vista espectacular! El dormitorio de invitados tiene una litera superior e inferior completa y una pantalla plana para disfrutar. El baño de visitas está convenientemente ubicado cerca de la habitación de invitados.

¡Las comodidades de Phoenix 2 son insuperables! Hay una piscina al aire libre y una bañera de hidromasaje. Hay una sauna, cancha de racquetball cubierta y gimnasio, así como una cancha de tenis iluminada. Hay parrillas de carbón cerca de la piscina que puede usar, y WIFI GRATUITO en nuestro condominio y en el lobby. Este es un edificio libre de humo que incluye terrazas de piscinas, balcones y otras áreas comunes. Nuestro requisito de edad mínima para reservar este condominio es de 25.

It was really run down. The ceiling is peeling in the master bedroom, paint is chipped on the door frames, the shower and fixtures were cheap, they provided the bare minimum, there was even dried blood on the inside door frame going in the master bedroom. Wish I paid more for a nicer condo. Location was good, why I got it.

Our stay was wonderful! The booking process and check-in were both smooth, and the keyless entry made everything so easy. The space was exactly as described, and the listing clearly outlined what to bring, so we felt fully prepared. Everything was spotless and well-organized. The kitchen was stocked with adequate utensils and pans, which made cooking simple. The second bedroom was perfect for our child, and we especially appreciated the two rockers for rocking our little one.The view was beautiful and a quick walk to the pools and beach, and the whole place was so quiet, peaceful, and relaxing. We also enjoyed the kiddie pool and splash pad options for our baby. The 55 parking pass was expected as listed, so there were no surprises. Overall, it was a perfect stay. We don’t usually return to the same destination for vacations, but if we ever come back to Orange Beach, this is exactly where we’d choose to stay.

Our family of four, including two kids, really enjoyed our stay! Phoenix II felt safe and very clean. We often saw staff actively cleaning and maintaining the property, which was reassuring. The gated parking lot was a great feature, and we never experienced long waits for the elevators.The condo was well-equipped with everything we needed, and the beds and furniture were very comfortable. The beach was never overcrowded — we always had our own little space to relax and enjoy.10/10 — we would absolutely recommend staying here!

It’s ok.

This was a last-minute beach trip. The view was superb! The Phoneix properties were all very nice and well-maintained. We loved the pools, hot tubs, splash pads, and game room too. It was really cool that we had access to all 4 Phoenixes. As for the unit…. it needs some loving. The biggest issue was the smell. Something like stale cigarette smoke, mold, and mildew. The unit stayed humid. So humid that all of our clothes inside our suitcases were damp when we got home. We didn’t spend a whole lot of time inside, so we never bothered complaining to the owner. It wasn’t like anything could have been done to fix things while we were there for such a short time anyway. Because of that, we won’t be renting this particular unit again. It’s also noteworthy that the fixtures and appliances were quite dated. This isn’t the place to get a really great, relaxing shower. It wasn’t luxury, but it got the job done. The unit did supply all the amenities that we needed for our stay. They even had shampoo, conditioner (although it was not good), body wash and HAND SOAP!!! The kitchen had enough gear to make a few meals. The TVs in the living room and master were huge and beautiful. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony the most. All in all, we had a great first time in Orange Beach.

Location a great. Easy beach access abs close to groceries, food, and entertainment. Cleanliness was lacking.... there was a used floss pick under the dining room table, partially eaten potato chip on the couch, partially eaten cookie in the deck and mold on the guest shower curtain. If it was cleaner, 5 stars. As it was 3 stars.

Stolen items

The room was great, we had no issues there.We did, however, have multiple things stolen and/or broken from the area where you are supposed to be able to keep your beach things to dry out on the first floor. We won’t return to another Phoenix Hotel.

Relaxing vacation

Hard to beat the view! The condo had everything we needed for a comfortable, relaxing vacation. The kitchen was well-equipped for our needs. We checked in over time-change weekend and so the timing was off on the entry code, but a phone call quickly corrected that. The solar-heated pool next door was a huge bonus.

Lovely place!

This condo was clean and well-stocked. Beautiful view and great location directly across the street from Docs Seafood and Steak. Close to grocery stores and shopping. We would return to this condo in the future. The beach was easy to access and well taken care of.

Phoenix II Vacation

Our stay was wonderful. The condo was great and just as advertised. The only comment I would make is that the check-in communication could have been better. We Arrived about 5:00pm. Check-in isn’t until 4:00pm. We weren’t told about check-in being in Phoenix III until 5:00pm or Phoenix I after 5:00pm. We were sent three different places before we finally got checked in due to Phoenix III closing computers at 5:00pm. Communications are heavily focused on rules and not much about check-in. Other than that we thoroughly enjoyed the condo and the visit. Thank you for a wonderful place to relax.

only one elevator working for this huge complex and then one day it quit working and I had to climb 7 flights (14 actually) to get back to the room.. The unit was pretty but the sheets were all wrinkled up as if they might not have been changed. the elevator started working later on that day.

Wonderful view

We enjoyed the stay. The unit could use some updating, as it has popcorn ceilings and some of the ceiling is falling off around the vent into the kitchen and near the drapes in the main bedroom. The view from the balcony was spectacular. As far as negatives, there are no blankets, so we took the covers off of the two bunk beds to use as a light cover up while watching tv at night.

Beautiful, Relaxing Getaway

The property was as described. We especially loved the view of the gulf from the balcony. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the unit was in great condition. We had a great time, and we hope we can visit again.
