"The hotel bathtub was nasty the towels were dingy when I asked the cleaning staff for fresh towels they had an attitude. We didn’t even spend the night we checked out the same day asked the clerk to refund at least half the rate and the hotel refused we didn’t even sit on the bed."

"The mini fridge door didn't close properly and the freezer part was nearly frosted shut unable to be used. The toilet seat slid pack & forth every time anyone sat on it. The floors were sticky like they hadn't been cleaned properly or maybe with a dirty mop. However, by the last night when we returned to the room the floors were not sticky anymore. The sheet on the bed was stained, although they finally changed the bedding completely on the third night of our stay. There wasn't any directory for the TV channels. We also never had a DO NOT DISTURB hanger for our door. We did like the coffee in the room. The AC unit made a loud buzz every time the compressor kicked in to cool, but it did maintain the 73 degree temperature we requested. The water pressure was phenomenal and we liked the soap that was provided. The tub however did not appear to have been well cleaned. We were given fresh towels daily. When I requested a receipt at checkout, one could not be provided by the night clerk and never arrived in my email as promised. We were able to park directly outside of our window, which was convenient."
