So not stay in this hotel! It was horribly run down and Quality should be embarrassed to have their name on it. The staff was wonderful but in our room we had stained furniture, a massive dead cockroach, stains in the bathtub, someone else’s dirty, used soap and a pocket knife on the bathroom counter.

Old Gym feel

Pros: It was a place to rest after driving 15 hours.
Cons: Lighting Paint New Carpeting Plumbing maintenance Grounds care/keep up
Location: We didn't stay, up early the next morning and back on the road
The reception is an indication of the hotel state - cold & uninviting, first indication was bathrooms in lobby, dingy, cold, not very well lit, leaking toilet/plumbing issues.... the only solace was we had been driving for 15 hours and so were thankful to arrive/rest. My initial instinct was to check the bed for bugs; a plus was room was OK, sheets were clean, wouldn't want to walk bare foot or even bare socks for that matter. The gym/workout area is a joke. Of the 13 in our party only a few were able to have eggs for breakfast, we heard Staff complaining about someone who called in, 1 person was attempting to work front desk and refill breakfast station at the same time - would not want to stay here if it wasn't already booked, I went along with the group's pre-booked plans. We opted to park our rental cargo van closest to office even if it meant walking a further distance for safety reasons.

Stayed overnight due to evacuation for Hurricane Matthew. Courtney at the front desk was wonderful. I booked through Travelocity, which had a mistake on the web page. The hotel accepts pets with a $20 per night fee. No where on Travelocity's page did it say anything about the fee. Other than that, I'd stay again if I had too.

Our original room had two lamps that did not work. We were moved to another room. The desk lamp was broken. The phone would not work. We had one bath towel for two people. We will not stay at this location again.

Just bad. Enough said

Cons: Everything
Room1 had not been cleaned. Tried again, no A/C, no frig, no mwave in that room. Tried again, no mwave or fridge in there. We left.

Warning...Dont stay here

I made two reservations, one for one room and another for two rooms. Upon arival I was told that I only had two rooms. I produced the copies of the reservations with reservation confirmation numbers to the clerk proving I had three rooms reserved. She told me I had only two rooms. The hotel was not full. (By the way, a reserved room cost $* anybody who walked in off the street with no reservation was only charged $*, When I asked the clerk why I paid more than the guy next to me she said reservations cost more). I was given keys to three rooms and charged the * rate for each room. Upon checking out the next day the clerk asked me for my 4th room key. I told her that I only had three rooms! Instead of being able to find the reservation with the confirmation number the previous nights clerk simply gave me a room in place of my reservation. I explained all of this to the clerk. I had made a reservation for three rooms, I used three rooms, I paid for three rooms. Yes, today I was charged on my Visa the cost of the 4th room. I now have to fight with them and try to make them understand their mistake for the third time now... The rooms were lacking in maintance. The shower head leaked more water than it sprayed, the toilets ran, the iron was missing, The carpet was stained. In short your better off sleeping in your car. This hotel needs some maintenance that is not being done.
