Absolutely Horrific Experience; Walked into my bedroom with a Infestation of Roaches crawling around, found a roach on my bed. I hope to get my money back.

This was the worst hotel I’ve ever seen in my life. I booked a week stay once I arrived the place didn’t look like the pictures at all. It smelled like smoke and wet carpet the elevator wasn’t working there was people that looked like prositutes, the elevator smelled like beer and pee. The first day I arrived I realized all of this within 15min once I got to the room it was worst. I immediately went and requested a refund. Then was given the run around just for my money back. Please do not trust this place front the pictures. It’s horrible.

Right out of a horror movie, the elevator light was flickering, the door was visibly broken. You get what you pay for, and if you can afford it so can everyone else. As a young girl I did not feel safe walking around by myself on the property. Everything ended up being okay, sheets were clean, no one bothered us… but it only takes a moment.

This was the most disgusting hotel i ever attempted to stay in I immediately checked out after two attempts to get a room that worked. I will be filing a complaint with Hotels.com when i get back from traveling Thursday. I want a refund

If you like hepatitis, tetanus, and other diseases, this hotel is for you. Old/broken furniture, light bulbs that were dead all throughout the room and hotel, broken bathroom door, and the kicker, we had hole in one of the inner walls in our room. Bed pillows that were smaller than your basic throw pillows for your couch. Our carpet was sticky and the bathroom floor had mold on it. My wife, myself our daughter refused to sleep under the blankets. Stay far away from this hotel.

I don't know if it is a Kosher hotel but there is a STRONG Jewish influence. It appeared that they may have long term tenants? I normally stay at Embassy Suites by the Miami International Airport, they didn't have anything available. My room was half the price, clean and available.

When we arrive to the property, we immediately looked around and there was people surrounding us as if they were going to try and hurt us, it was not a safe location, the hotel smelled moldy, I need somebody to please contact me, the hotel said that we needed to call Expedia to get a refund. At 46 years of age, this is by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The front door did not open from the outside and the doorbell was not working at all. To gain access, we had to pound on the front glass until someone heard us. The room was lacking, a bedspread , bedskirt and trash can. We were provided with one bath towel. The sliding glass door did not lock. Furniture was water damaged and bed frame broken so the mattress sagged in the center. When I picked up the telephone to call the front desk, there was no dial tone, no connection, nothing. After we checked in, I reviewed the photos online and realized they were not at alll representative to what was in the actual room. I did then notice the rating of 4.2. We stayed one night of the three nights we had paid for in advance. On the elevator ride down to check out everything reeked of weed and by the time we left the parking lot, I was just happy to be alive. I understand this sounds dramatic, but I assure you it’s not safe here even if you’re a crack addict.

Nothing like the pictures, very rude, and you can tell they are use to dealing with homeless people. Elevators arent safe i was sure i was going to get trapped smh BEWARE you get what you pay for... Had roaches!! only gives one towel per room no washcloth.. .

Read reviews prior to staying. Area around property was rough. One elevator worked and its certificate of operation is expired. Only one towel in the room. No 2nd towel washcloth or hand clothes. Staff was friendly and receptive but we never got another towel.
