The pictures for this hotel need to be updated…there are likely 10-15 years old. The property needs some up-keep and deep cleaning. The staff were friendly and fine but the facility did not reflect the $160/night price tag. Neighborhood is not great. Fitness center completely under Reno—no notice if this on website. No breakfast just coffee…website says “limited” breakfast available due to Covid. The lock on our door was broken. The room was musty and the towels not clean.

Room was dirty, toilet did not flush, there was urine and toilet paper clogged in the toilet from the previous guest I’m assuming, stains on blankets and sheets, air is super moist not fresh sun in the room, dust everywhere, and I decided not to even stay at the hotel and was still charged because “policy” definitely feel I should be reimbursed

Our room wasn’t cleaned the entire stay, no one is ever at the front desk. I got clean towels by finding someone and ask for them. The bathroom wasn’t clean. Property is run down and in need of updating.

checked in bathroom toilet was not working right told clerk said it would be fixed next day was never fixed no maid service after first night talk to clerk about rate reduction said talk to manager every time i asked to see manager not there will never use a best western hotel again an i travel a lot
