The room was very nice except we couldn't adjust the heat and there was no heat in the hallways. They were blowing cold air in the vents from the outside. It was 8 degrees outside! The elevators were just as cold.

Flea on sheet it first room, was moved to second room and all was well. Also, new clerk at hotel checked us in. We told him we booked through hotels.com and he proceeded to charge our credit card.
