Got over charged for the room at check out and the outside of the building the pilers were cracked and it really had a not so good smell inside just not satisfied will not stay there again

Staff was great! Locks on doors were a problem. I hated asking for help with them so many times. I needed a low price place that was quiet enough for my very rural dog. It worked okay. My dog really didn't like Denver this year, LaCrosse was perfect and better than Ellis for him.
