The room was always clean and tidy and the cleaning ladies were consistently kind. The rustic decoration provides a cozy atmosphere. The setup is friendly and helpful. We will definitely come back when we have a chance to travel through the Northeast of Brazil.

"I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that cleanliness was not a priority. The floor in my room was visibly dirty, and the entire bedroom had a terrible, unpleasant smell that made it uncomfortable to stay.
The staff was not welcoming or helpful at all. Instead of feeling like a guest, I felt like an inconvenience. Customer service was cold and unfriendly, which only made the experience worse.
To top it off, the breakfast was extremely poor very limited options and low quality overall.
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and definitely would not stay here again."
