The WiFi in the room kept cutting out and was a bit better in the lobby. The room was small and dark and the bathroom taps required a lot of effort to shut them off. The hotel was very drab. The beds were not very good and the night staff was useless. I asked to stay another night and they couldn’t confirm it. Asked when the mall opened and they gave me the wrong time by 3 hours. There was daytime receptionist that was outstanding!
