worst customer service ever

horrible - the I asked for a different room more handicapped friendly and was brushed off like I did not matter. I had to walk down the hall to the bathroom that is public due to the toilet being too low due to my handicap. I have never been treated so rudely = keep in mind I worked customer service for over 20 years and would get fired if I did that
