"Location cannot be beat. Be sure to secure windows at night. It will block all noise. And you must check out the Thai restaurant across the way- Sawadee. You will not be sorry. We love Nice and if we’re back we’ll stay here again."

"The location is great - right in the middle of the old town. The bed was comfortable and room was kept clean. However, there was loud construction next door that started early every morning. The whole building is very echo-ey and both the staff and other guests were quite loud coming & going. I asked ..."

"Room was new, updated and clean with an amazing view of the promenade des croisettes, fantastic sunsets directly from our bed. Large balcony with table and chairs, perfect to relax after walking all day. Beautiful large rooftop with pool and bar (bar was closed for the season last week of October, but we just brought our own drinks and had the whole place to ourselves). Breakfast was great with several options and quality was excellent. Location is great but a little far from the center of Nice or Old Nice but easily accessible from the tram stop that’s right behind the hotel. Staff was very helpful with their recommendations. We would definitely stay there again and were very sad to leave."
