I have some mobitity issuess, so found climbing over wall of Tub/shower a bit concerning. Suggest that rooms be equiped with grab bars around tub area. Also had a bit of a issue with homelesss man and his aggressive dog in entry way and outside on bench. But I know that that is not your fault.

We had a great stay as a family of 4. The room was clean, the kids loved the pool and the included hot breakfast was a major plus and a big reason we stayed. The staff at breakfast were exceptional as well. Would stay again.

The Carriage House was a fine stay, however with how expensive it was I’m not sure it was worth it. I paid over $700 for only a weekend and was put in a room that was clearly joined with another originally; there was a door though you were unable to open it thankfully. The walls were so thin you were able to hear the family next door and watch show they were watching during all hours of the day. Even when trying to sleep at 2am. Breakfast buffet was good, though we did wait a bit for the servers as they were very busy, which would normally be fine but made me late for a seminar as I was in a hurry and took a bit to flag my server down. The elevators were also a pain as you had to insert your room key to use them and they NEVER worked on the first try. So a nice stay but for the price not worth it.

Thought having a room close to the elevators & ice machine was convenient at first….But to be woken at 7am with screaming kids & around 7:30am kids running down the halls & more yelling!! Then all I could do was lye awake, listening to the ding of the elevator doors!?!?! So much for a good sleep. Then breakfast as extremely noisy & coffee was poor. Definitely not satisfied for the $

Rooms are smaller than any "standard" room I've previously stayed in. Bathrooms are tiny! A city view room consists of 3 huge ac units right out the window, blocking any view you may have. I asked for extra towels with my reservation, and there wasn't even enough for the 4 people staying there, never mind extra! Terrible!!
