Do not stay here. It is very dirty and run down. The lobby was under construction. The swimming pool and hot tub were out of order. I booked a room with a kitchenette. The dishwasher was out of service and the stove had been completely removed. There were hardly any utensils in the drawers or cups or plates. The carpets were very badly stained bleach marks, and black marks. The bathroom was not very clean and the room was dusty. I reached out to the company who I booked it from and they called the hotel. Evidently May had said she had given me a discount to my credit card which to this day I have still not received.

Came during renovations, at 830 pm when we came to check-in our room was not ready yet; luckily, we were upgraded, due to the renovations the room seemed super unfinished and not ready for use, carpets were not flat and several times I tripped in the hallway. Room was never cleaned even with the "clean me" sign, leading us to have to contact front desk during our 4 day stay. Watch out for the cleanliness of the kettles ours was full of rust and needed to be exchange. For the cost we didn't really enjoy the sandman this trip.

We were in the basement on the first floor. Never got fresh towels. No water stations anywhere. Vending machine was broken. Room smelled very strong and the linen smelled strongly of bleach (overwhelmingly strong) . AC didn’t work well. There was so much construction.

The hotel is currently under renovation, there is no elevator, the toilet would not flush properly even after maintenance came to fix it. Bedroom area was renovated BUT the bathroom was not. Cracked tiles with stains on them and an old tub shower combo . I would not recommend this hotel in its current state

Extremely noisy air condition making it hard to sleep or being in the room. Cold white lamp and ceiling lights making it feel like you are in a doctors office. Long line at chrckin. Too expensive for the experience
