The Celecton Kurume
The hotel is relatively new so everything was still well maintained. The staff were helpful and the check in and check out process was fuss free. Good sized room and the location was great.

Hotel New Otani Saga
room is clean. However, due to the thin wall and old building, there were lots of noises from up/down and sides. The building is old. Unfortunately, it is not worth to pay the cost. It was number one hotel in Saga. Breakfast was ok.

Saga City Hotel
The property had both free and paid parking which was a bit odd. As we had larger vehicles we felt it safer to park in the paid parking lot rather than on the spots directly off the street which we may have stuck out of a little ($5 a night). Those dreaming about visiting Ogi should consider booking somewhere to rest and relax as soon as possible, as they won't find a wide selection of accommodation options in close proximity to the city heart.
The nearest Travelocity hotel is the Chagokoro no Yado Warakuen, Kyushu and Okinawa, which lies 17 miles (28 kilometers) from the business district of Ogi. But, you might like to investigate the Furuyu Onsen Oncri, located in Kyushu and Okinawa, which is 6 miles (10 kilometers) from the city center.
The Hana No Shizuku is around 18 miles (29 kilometers) outside of the middle of Ogi. Another alternative is the Asuka Hotel, which is located about 18 miles (29 kilometers) away. The Comfort Hotel Saga as well as the Hotel Route-Inn Saga Ekimae are some alternative accommodation options worth looking into around Ogi.

60 miles (93 kilometers) to the northeast of Ogi, you will find Kitakyushu, where you can spend the day exploring Space World and Kokura Castle. Kitakyushu accommodations include the Hotel Crown Palais Kokura and Hotel Route-Inn Kitakyushu-Wakamatsu Ekihigashi. 55 miles (92 kilometers) southeast of Ogi, you can also stay at Minamiaso, which features the Hotel Greenpia Minami Aso and Bettei Soan. When you visit Minamiaso, set aside some time to visit the Shirakawa Springs and Aso Sarumawashi Theater.
Prior to departing Kyushu and Okinawa, why not make sure you see some local teams. Stop by Fukuoka Yafuoku Dome, which you will find to the northeast of Ogi.
