REEKED of Cat Pee! What is wrong with you people? Those of us who do not travel w/pets Do Not want to stay in rooms that have housed pets in the past. Better yet, leave your animals at home!

I accidentally threw my license away and at check in the lady from Napal was helping me figure out how to handle our situation and was extremely perfectional and very nice shes the best employee I've seen working in customer service in years i seriously think she should train their employees how to work in customer service. Businesses seem to have forgotten its the single most important job a business has and stop thinking they don't need people in their position or its not important when they need to pay them for the job their doing instead of paying that employee who you like the most whose usually taking credit for someone else and their employees would do their jobs better not worrying about trying to win a popularity contest and pay the employees doing their job. Give her a raise so she knows how much you appreciate her and tell her how good she's doing because it would cost you more money then you know loosing someone that good!

Was under construction. Gave us a room with someone in already. Next room given us, someone had been in it. Smelled like smoke and ashes on the sink in bathroom. Gave us another room, dirty, but was fine. 2:30 in morning someone trying to get in. They had given it to someone else. Not keeping track of who is in rooms was not professional.
